I love all sports, but hockey is my favorite. I am I diehard Carolina Hurricanes fan, and I can and will talk about them all day when I am not writing about them or the rest of the league on NHL Trade Rumors.com

I also do graphic design, building animated logos, and digital art in Adobe After Effects.

One thing that not many people know about is that I collect rare sneakers and jerseys from different countries that I like to wear to class and work.

I pride myself on being an adventurous eater. I was the president of the Supper Club in high school, where students would go into downtown Asheville and eat at some of the most unique and delicious restaurants in the world. Some of the weirdest things I have eaten are chicken hearts, alligator, rabbit, escargot, ostrich, haggis, and reindeer.

Sometimes I took my culinary adventure outside of my home state. I love to travel, and when I do, I dive headfirst into the culture by eating the traditional foods of the area. I have been to Alaska, Hawaii, England, Scotland, Cuba, Iceland.
